The project
The Collective is a network and movement of urban and peri-urban people in the city of Oaxaca. We emerged with the idea of regaining control of our diet from the care of the life that we create, care for, that is healthy for us and that feeds us.
General objective
The collective promots learning for healthy eating through the exchange of knowledge about preserves, ferments, vegetable cultivation, composts, fertilizers, among others, free of pesticides and using open pollination and other agroecological approaches; from where we also cultivate relationships.
Mutual help
The colectiv works throw, mutual work, exchanging and helping other in solidarity forms of collaboration. A personalized process of personal accompaniment at home and in groups in which it is about involving family, friends and neighbors, creating a community.
